There's a world living in my head I want to be apart of. Every now and then I find holes through the fence and get a glimpse. I discover stories I don't understand, rebels in search of truth, or insecurities that need addressing. I find a land of adventure filled with incomplete sentences and the pursuit of beauty. I find a place I want to lose myself in. Then, when no one is looking, I sneak in. I taste. I become. I steal. And quickly escape before I've been found out.

People usually ask what part of England I'm from. I reply, "Australia". Because that's where I'm from. I was born in Sydney and grew up in Brisbane. Sometime after that I lost my way in the desert and eventually found my way out. Today I live in Portland, Oregon amongst the tall trees and wayward comrades. I enjoy life with my wife and golden retriever, Hank. We spend our days learning how to have fun.

Aside from making films and writing stuff down, I play music with my friends, eat chips and salsa whenever possible, enjoy scotch a little too much, and Manchester United. Lastly, there are few things I treasure more than someone truly being him or herself; exposed, naked and full of fear. That is a human, truly alive. Also, I once ran a mile.
