Hello.

I'm an award-winning filmmaker known for a dry comedic storytelling style that's grounded in depth and heart. In 2019, my short film The Fish Out of Water received critical acclaim, winning Audience Choice at the BAFTA-qualifying Manchester Film Festival and Best Oregon Short Film at the 42nd Portland International Film Festival. I strive to create work that blends humor with emotional resonance: stories that move people, make them laugh, and help them feel more connected.

In addition to narrative film, I also wrote and directed the documentary The Joy of Arriving, which followed the Portland Thorns on their journey to winning the 2022 NWSL Championship. It was an opportunity to explore my passion for storytelling in the world of nonfiction.

My work has been featured in outlets like Billboard, Paste Magazine, NPR, and Portland Monthly Magazine. In 2025, I was honored with an Emmy nomination for Best Commercial at the Pacific Northwest Emmy Awards, further affirming my commitment to crafting thoughtful, engaging visual stories. Whether through fiction or documentary, I aim to create films that leave a lasting impression by balancing wit and warmth.
